Job Summary
Manage civil infrastructure maintenance activities in Victoria's Hume region, ensuring zero harm, cost, and quality delivery meet contract specifications. Conduct resource planning, project scheduling, and defect rectification while supervising Project Engineers, supervisors, labor workforce, subcontractors, and on-site admin staff. Lead teams through tender preparation, negotiation processes, and emergency response services across 8,500 lane kilometres of road. Requires proven experience in project management fundamentals, MS Project, and Excel.

- Solid understanding of tender preparation processes
- Solid understanding of negotiation processes
- Strong grasp of Project Management fundamentals
