Job Summary
Lead civil engineering design and project delivery for a portfolio of public and private clients, overseeing roadway, site development, drainage, water, and wastewater design; define project scope, schedules, and deliverables; manage budgets, staffing, and billing; mentor engineers and technicians; serve as primary client contact and contribute to proposals and business development. Senior-track responsibilities include senior leadership contributions, client expansion, and directing project strategy while ensuring design quality and regulatory compliance. Strong emphasis on end-to-end ownership of projects, collaboration, and professional growth within North Texas infrastructure work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- 7+ years of progressive civil engineering and project management experience
- Strong experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong client-facing presence with a commitment to responsiveness and professionalism
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop technical staff
- Experience with proposals, RFQs, and RFP responses
Desired Qualifications
