Job Summary
Interpret architectural details and drawings, then draft designs for installations and fabrication. Order materials required for fabrication and manage projects while communicating effectively in technical and business operational terms. Conduct field measuring, produce hand sketches of existing conditions and proposed installations, and ensure accurate data entry. This role requires strong AutoCAD experience, advanced Excel skills, and hand tool knowledge within a team-oriented environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with experience in window, metal panel, curtain wall, or architectural façade sectors. Required Qualifications
- Experience in design (AutoCAD, etc.)
- Ability to fluently manipulate AutoCAD
- strong AutoCAD experience
- Read and understand Architectural Shops Drawings
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hand tool knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professionalism in a team-oriented organization
- Williness and ability to learn and grow
- Technically adept
- Highly accurate in mathematical skills, data manipulation and technical drafting
- Ability to communicate effectively orally, in written form, and in graphics (shop drawings)
- Bachelor's Degree

- Preferred experience in Inventor and/or Vault
- Window industry experience a plus
- Metal Panel /Slab Cover experience a plus
