Job Summary
Conduct field operations by verifying shop drawings against project documents, maintaining project files, and assisting with site logistics and the Construction Management Plan. Support quality control, punch lists, and baseline schedule updates while establishing vertical and horizontal controls on the job site. Manage project documentation including daily reports, change orders, and purchasing processes from procurement through subcontractor execution. Assist with vendor requisitions, back charges, and owner requisitions while participating in project meetings to develop O&M manuals and as-built warranty information. This entry-level rotational program for recent graduates includes a comprehensive benefits package and is located in Boston.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Liberal Arts, or a related field
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Computer Literate
- Good communication skills
- Accurate with an attention to detail
