Job Summary
Project Engineer for data center construction and mission-critical facilities. Responsible for project execution support, technical coordination, document control, procurement & logistics, and financial/project controls. Collaborates with Project Managers, Construction Managers, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to deliver safety-compliant, on-schedule, and on-budget projects; requires experience with drawings/specifications, RFIs/submittals/change orders, scheduling, logistics, and documentation; Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–5 years’ related experience; willing to travel up to 95% with current projects in Canada; must have valid U.S. passport or ability to obtain one and a valid driver’s license. Flexible work-from-home options available.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Construction Administrator, or similar role
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience supporting data center construction, mission-critical facility construction, or network infrastructure projects
- Experience working with construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change management processes
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver's license
- U.S. Passport or ability to obtain one
