Job Summary
Conduct due diligence, site investigations, and infrastructure design including street plans, grading, erosion control, and stormwater management systems. Prepare specifications, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and permit applications while overseeing construction administration and observation. Assist in developing plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 1-2 years of industry experience, and a preferred Professional Engineer License for Wisconsin. Involves extensive desk work, occasional fieldwork requiring up to 30 pounds of lifting, and wearing hi-visibility clothing on job sites.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous intern or co-op experience in the civil industry
- 1-2 years of civil engineering experience
- Professional Engineer License (PE) for the State of Wisconsin
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other civil engineering design tools
- Ability to work well independently or on a team
- Knowledge of construction activities
