Job Summary
Support College Project Teams by coordinating with PMOs, contractors, and architects on design-build and pe-bid meetings. Perform field checks to ensure compliance with specifications, plans, and Division of the State Architect requirements. Interpret construction documents, review contractor submittals, and manage change orders and field orders. Process invoices, assess project risks, and facilitate resolutions for design and construction issues. Generate status reports, meeting minutes, and scope of work documents while maintaining project files. Manage project close-out activities including punch-lists, as-builts, and DSA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction project management
- Prior experience supporting public works and/or educational facility projects
