Job Summary
Crossland is looking for an entry-level Project Engineer, primarily for college construction graduates. The role focuses on various responsibilities, including understanding safety policies, organizing and controlling contract documents, assisting in planning and scheduling, managing submittals, and coordinating with Owners, Architects, and Engineers under the direction of a Project Manager. Candidates will require a commitment to learning, ambition, and good attitude. The position involves contract and purchase order management and cost control. Successful candidates will undergo a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to understand safety policies
- Knowledge of company estimating standards and software
- Ability to assist with internal cost control and cost accounting management
