Job Summary

Coordinate directly with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent to support project success, mentor and develop Field Engineers, and champion cost management, forecasting, and procurement activities including purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and change orders. Lead procurement of materials and equipment, manage submittals and RFIs, participate in overall project schedule development and forecasting, and assist with resolving commercial matters with owners, subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure the Field Engineer has current project documents, oversee permit applications, participate in project meetings, generate weekly/monthly progress and payment reports, and maintain positive relationships with owners and trade partners while ensuring contractual compliance. Requires strong MS Office proficiency, leadership of field staff, and a safety-conscious approach.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • minimum of two years of relative construction experience as a Field Engineer, Field Superintendent or similar
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Safety-sensitive position with drug test and background check
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Experience leading field-level staff and achieving project goals
