Job Summary
Project Engineer for EWBC responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of multiple active construction projects, coordinating labor assignments, payroll processing, billing support, field operations, and client communication to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably. This role involves working with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, clients, and the accounting department to maintain project documents, safety records, progress reports, and cost documentation, using Microsoft Office and project management software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- One to three years of construction or project management experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the New York City metropolitan area.
