Job Summary
Project Engineer (Construction) assists multiple project teams on construction projects from pre-planning through closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating procurement and submittals, managing change orders, posting progress photos, leading project documentation and reporting (cost control, payroll/EEOC reports), assisting with insurance/doc distribution, attending and documenting meetings, assisting with punch lists, commissioning, claims processing, estimating/bidding and business development as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with project teams to promote efficiency; enforce safety and QA/QC practices; travel to project sites as required. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent) and 1-3 years of construction experience; salary range $70,000–$110,000 per year. Location: Rochester, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field or High School Diploma (or equivalent) or Associates Degree in a construction related field and a minimum of 1-3 years construction related experience.
- 4 years of construction related experience is preferred
