Job Summary
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to align design intent with real-world execution while managing project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and contracts across design and build phases. Track budgets, change orders, and commitments; assist with estimating, bidding, and scope development during preconstruction. Help maintain and adjust project schedules, identify critical path items, and support field teams with procurement and logistics. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with architects, engineers, and construction managers using tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud and Primavera P6. Based primarily in Grants Pass with regular site visits, this role offers coaching and career growth within an integrated team that unites design and construction professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Hold (or are earning) a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Have relevant work or internship experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. occasionally
- Sitting (or driving) in a normal seated position for extended periods of time
- Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction
- Finger dexterity is required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(s) or arm(s)
- Ability to see within normal parameters
- Ability to hear within normal range
- Ability to move about a construction site including, but not limited to: climbing ladders and scaffolds, and walk over uneven terrain
