Job Summary
Distribute design changes, manage submittal logs, and submit Requests for Information through Procore while ensuring compliance with specifications. Upload safety documentation, track material deliveries, and verify on-site deliveries to prevent field issues. Conduct regular safety walk-throughs, compile field reports, and upload photos of job site progress. Generate meeting agendas, track action items, and distribute minutes to stakeholders. Interface with clients, design teams, and subcontractors daily to coordinate project goals and resolve open items. Maintain accurate logs for punch lists and material status.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture
- Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Prior internship experience
- OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30
- Additional experience with cost management software (Timberline, Sage)
- Additional experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6)
- Additional experience with construction management software (Procore)
