Job Summary
Project Engineer to support operations on active jobs, involved in initial project setup, cost spread/estimates, tracking of quantities and progress, on-site activity, material and equipment tracking, vendor invoices and change orders, project cost reporting, and safety/quality compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating with GC/Owner and CSI Operations, preparing reports/presentations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving efficiency through planning, scheduling, and resource management. Requires on-site presence, ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and operate in an entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred; 0-5 years experience expected; strong communication and problem-solving skills emphasized.

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or Engineer recommended
- Basic/General knowledge of construction principles/practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding
