Project Engineer - Commercial

Receive and review submittals, write and track RFIs, and process or assist in change orders. Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, maintain construction drawings, and provide marketing assistance as required. Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with subcontract and schedule administration, manage procurement tracking logs, and ensure accurate job cost reports. Monitor and enforce safety and OSHA standards, verify installed materials against approved submittals, and document site activities through written reports and photos. Participate in job closeout, manage subcontract agreements and purchase orders, and ensure the detailed construction CPM schedule is met. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and 2 to 4 years of commercial construction experience.
