Project Engineer

Project Engineer will join a project team responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of the project, leading daily coordination between clients, trade partners, engineers, architects, and our employees. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, predicting, and managing technical tasks to ensure accuracy, proper resources, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves collaborating with Project Managers on purchasing activities (scoping, take-offs), preparing submittals, supporting and updating the project schedule and subcontractor detail schedules, leading development of project plans, expediting material deliveries, reviewing change proposals from trade partners, facilitating coordination of drawings, drafting change orders, soliciting prices from subcontractors and suppliers, leading project close-out activities, and developing training sessions for the team and trade partners. Proficiency in reading drawings/specifications, scheduling/cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and strong communication skills are required; Procore and Primavera P6 experience are preferred.
