Job Summary
Project Engineer responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of the project, leading daily coordination between clients, trade partners, engineers, architects, and our employees; develop and manage project schedules, take-offs, submittals, change orders, and procurement with subcontractors; oversee deliveries, document management, and training for the team; ensure quality and alignment with plans/specs while maintaining adherence to Clark Standards of Excellence; strong emphasis on reading drawings and specifications, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and effective communication across stakeholders; experience with scheduling tools and construction documentation is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline or relevant work experience
- 2+ years experience in an engineer, project engineer, or a similar role in the construction industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and general project administration
- Demonstrated ability reading drawings and specifications
- Computer proficient including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
