Job Summary
Assist Civil Group Leader with design and project management for land development and municipal projects; perform site layouts and grading; stormwater design and erosion control; prepare entrance design, construction plans, and permit applications; coordinate with municipal officials, regulators, and clients; support records and construction plans for agency review; grow client relationships and communicate with internal teams; lead a team of engineers and designers; proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and ArcGIS to deliver compliant, build-ready projects in Nashville.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- Seven or more years of experience in land development civil-site engineering
- Professional Engineer license in Tennessee preferred
- Project Management experience preferred
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Familiarity with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software and ArcGIS
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of engineers and designers
