Job Summary
Prepare technical drawings for site plans, grading, utility, erosion control, and stormwater management to support permitting and construction. Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project phases while providing construction services including site visits and reviewing shop drawings. Perform code searches for local, county, state, and federal regulations and prepare stormwater calculations to assist in completing permits. Collaborate with internal and client consultants to coordinate contract documents and specifications. This role supports innovative commercial and residential land development projects from inception to completion within a top-ranked design firm.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience within the Civil Engineering field
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related program
Desired Qualifications
- A PE (Professional Engineering) license
- Experience working on land / site development projects
- Strong AutoCAD and Civil3D skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills including public speaking
