Job Summary
Lead and manage diverse civil engineering projects from conception through construction, conducting and reviewing municipal engineering plans and development proposals. Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver effective solutions while providing mentorship to junior staff. Necessary qualifications include a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 5 years of experience, and a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana or the ability to obtain one within 3 months.

- Strong Communication and project management skills
- Working knowledge and experience with state and local regulations

- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge and experience with CAD programs, preferably AutoCAD / Civil 3D
