Project Engineer

Execute the full submittal workflow in Procore, maintaining logs tied to schedules and rejecting incomplete packages before routing to design teams. Drive all major-trade subcontracts and purchase orders to execution, tracking unexecuted agreements daily until signed and verified for compliance. Update project schedules in Smartsheet with actuals, post weekly cost data, and flag variances immediately to the Project Manager. Track permit status across all agencies, follow up directly with municipalities to secure issuance, and coordinate inspections and utility applications. Serve as the office-side resource for Superintendents, expediting material procurement and resolving field problems. Manage the RFI process, maintain document control, run meeting minutes, and drive project closeout activities including punch lists and warranties.
