Project Engineer - Central Region

Monitor job-site safety, oversee construction scheduling, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and piping systems. Manage procurement, review shop drawings, and conduct project cost reviews and accounting. Supervise subcontractor field installations, negotiate change proposals, and maintain As-Built plans. Document project coordination meetings and support quality control through project closeout. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, general construction knowledge, and willingness to relocate within the Central Region. This initial role develops managerial skills for future project management within McCarthy.
