Manage communication with field team members to understand support requirements and perform diagnostic procedures to resolve design and system problems. Repair, install, or design equipment, tools, and products while developing diverse product knowledge and partnering with repair technicians. Analyze and interpret test information to address technical issues, leveraging practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems. Requires a university degree and three years of relevant experience. Required Qualifications
