Job Summary
Support Program Managers and Project Directors in executing capital projects exceeding €100M across the development lifecycle, from early support through design, permitting, and financial close. Coordinate daily activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and external stakeholders while tracking scope, action items, and deliverables. Maintain risk registers, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with project objectives. Assist in preparing permitting strategies and compile technical information for approvals. Provide engineering coordination by supporting design reviews and maintaining action registers. Establish document control systems and support cost tracking and contractor performance monitoring. Prepare development updates for senior management and governance forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- specific permitting coordination experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- proficiency with project coordination software tools
- Able to work in a office and/or remote environment within the United Kingdom/Europe
- Travel up to approximately 30% within the United Kingdom and Europe and internationally
