Job Summary
Project Engineer / C&S Engineer / Architectural Coordinator responsible for checking and analysing drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications; verify site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards; identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings for consultants; oversee projects ensuring adherence to contract terms and regulatory specifications; coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers to deliver construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent
- Proficient in basic Autocad software
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Commitment to handling construction projects
- Good communication and written skills
- Skilled in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients
