Project Engineer

Job Summary
The Project Engineer is responsible for planning and execution of construction projects, including management of project documentation, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and compliance inspection. Key responsibilities include reviewing contract documents, managing RFI’s, preparing budget estimates, participating in site meetings, and assisting with project close-out. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, knowledge of construction materials and methods, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to analyze data. A valid driver’s license is required, alongside a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management and the potential for equivalent experience as a substitute for degree.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on commercial/industrial construction projects
