Job Summary
This Project Engineer role at Braun Intertec involves managing moderate to highly complex geotechnical, special inspection, and construction materials testing projects. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, leading project teams, preparing proposals, managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, performing engineering analysis, and mentoring junior engineers. Required skills include strong leadership, attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to travel up to 25% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering
- Professional Engineer registration/licensure in MN, or ability to attain within 6 to 12 months
- Ability to lift up to 50 to 75 pounds on a periodic basis
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree (MS) in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering
- Three or more years of geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing project management experience
- Experience managing client relationships
- Vendor management experience
- Experience leading a team
