Job Summary
Project Engineer responsible for hands-on support across the full project lifecycle from bid to closeout in a fast-paced construction environment. Collaborates with Project Managers, Superintendents, and external partners; sets up projects in Procore; manages bidding logistics; develops bid scopes; maintains bid books; supports schedule development and bid estimate reviews; manages RFI and submittal logs; facilitates communication among owners, design teams, vendors, and subcontractors; tracks material lead times, ROJ dates, and milestones; assists with buyout, subcontractor change orders, and contract documents; supports QA/QC walks and final punch list preparation; assists with owner trainings and warranty walkthroughs; engages with field teams to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure safety. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) and 0–5 years of construction experience; proficient in MS Office, Procore, and Bluebeam is a plus; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; willingness to work a mix of office and active construction-site environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- 0–5 years of experience in commercial construction
- Familiarity with building codes and ADA standards
- Procore and Bluebeam experience is a strong plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
- Strong communication and organization skills
