Job Summary
Manage cost control systems, analyze construction costs, and forecast revenue and costs accruals monthly. Process change orders and Requests for Information, coordinate shop drawings and submittals, and maintain complete records of approvals and transmittals. Process material deliveries, inspect quantities and quality for contract compliance, and negotiate subcontractor and material contracts. Assist in developing project schedules and work closely with field personnel including Superintendents, Foremen, and Crews. Requires an undergraduate degree in Engineering or Construction Management, willingness to travel and relocate domestically and internationally, and strong organizational skills. Full-time role with competitive salary and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration (Accounting, Management or Finance), Construction Management or related field
- Equivalent experience in a construction-related position
- Must be willing to travel and relocate
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Thorough attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies
- Strong work ethic – willing to do what it takes to get the job done
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments
