Job Summary
Project Engineer responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting; manage the entire lifecycle of facility projects from initial design through construction, including developing engineering project plans with timelines and budgets. Collaborate with procurement, production, quality assurance, and logistics to coordinate tasks; track milestones and keep documentation up to date, providing progress updates to regional and site leadership. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards; identify risks and develop practical solutions to keep projects on schedule. Act as a communications hub among internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders; oversee vendor-related tasks, including procurement support and contract adherence; monitor KPIs such as schedule adherence, budget control, and quality outcomes; contribute to ongoing improvements in project management processes.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial or equivalent
- 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in compliant factories
- Mechanical/ Electrical systems and fire safety
- ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Reading machine manuals and specs
- LOTO and electrical/machine safety procedures
- SBT
