Project Engineer / Assistant Manager (Wastewater)

Manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and submittals while coordinating with site superintendents and overseeing all jobsite activities, including scheduling. Complete engineering projects by organizing elements, reviewing proposals, and assigning personnel to phases. Determine project specifications by studying designs and customer requirements, then prepare cost estimates and conduct performance tests. Monitor project progress, resolve problems, and control costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts. Maintain safe working environments by enforcing regulations and prepare status reports by analyzing trends. Requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, two years of Water & Wastewater experience, and proficiency in MS Office and Primavera (P6).
