Job Summary

Lead the technical development of RF coaxial connectors and cable assemblies in a cross-functional environment. Utilize 3D CAD to model and draft connector components, lead complex design initiatives, and apply RF design concepts to optimize performance. Coordinate between internal teams and customer stakeholders, conduct DFMEA and tolerance studies, validate RF performance with the RF Engineer, translate explicit and implicit customer requests into design requirements, and document verification testing. Mentor junior engineers, manage project schedules, ensure design for manufacturing/assembly, and drive rapid resolution of quality and production issues within the assigned region. Travel as needed and participate in after-hours global engineering coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-8 years related experience
