Job Summary
Lead development, execution and monitoring of major investment projects at the Beauceville plant. Develops and optimizes manufacturing processes to improve operational performance and add value. Manages technical specifications, plans and cost estimates; coordinates installation and commissioning of equipment; manages project budgets; coordinates multidisciplinary teams (internal and external resources). Serves as a technical advisor to the engineering team and plants; ensures health and safety, quality, and financial impact considerations in project delivery. Requires 7-10 years of engineering and project experience; Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial or automation engineering; bilingual in French and English; member of Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec. Knowledge of dairy/food and beverage sector preferred; proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office. Flexible remote work options are available; role base in Beauceville with potential support at other Quebec locations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial or automation engineering
- Member of Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec
- 7-10 years of engineering and project experience
- Experience with design and installation of processes in the food and beverage sector; dairy sector a plus
- Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary capital projects in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
- Excellent written and spoken French and English
