Facilitate Agile team events and iterative development cycles for software and automation components, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and adherence to processes within a complex engineering environment. Guide team members and stakeholders in Agile ways of working, promoting accountability, ownership, and transparency. Drive continuous improvement by facilitating reviews and retrospectives, identifying improvement opportunities, and tracking action plans to enhance delivery quality and team effectiveness. Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments by coordinating with related teams and escalating complex issues. Collaborate closely with software engineers, automation specialists, system architects, and validation teams to provide visibility into progress and support team-level outcomes. This role supports the delivery of complex solutions for IDEAL Combines, enabling iterative development across integrated machine systems.
