Job Summary
Manage project execution by developing procurement schedules, coordinating submittals, and administering budget controls to ensure projects complete within approved limits. Maintain "As-built" contract documents, compile close-out requirements, and prepare cost control budget adjustments while preventing and mitigating claims. Lead the project team, supervise Field Engineers, and coordinate meetings to drive relentless project execution. Requires three years of construction engineering experience and a degree in construction engineering technology.
Required Qualifications
- An advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, etc.
- In-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship between other functional units
- Four-year construction-related degree
- Equivalent technical training
- Related experience
- Minimum of three to four years of similar construction engineering experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team of varied disciplines
- Skill/ability to supervise and/or train Field Engineer positions
- Experience with process mechanical equipment
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
