Job Summary
Maintain organized project documentation including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and vendor documents. Ensure all stakeholders use current approved versions by uploading, tracking, and managing files within platforms like Cx Alloy and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Review incoming documents for completeness and compliance, flagging discrepancies such as outdated drawings or missing attachments. Generate routine status reports, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with subcontractors to obtain missing items. Support QA/QC and commissioning teams by verifying inspection and testing documentation prior to system startup and assist in assembling accurate closeout packages including O&M manuals and as-built drawings. Participate in coordination meetings to ensure accountability and follow-through on action items.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination roles
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting document control processes on construction or commissioning projects
- Familiarity with construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, specifications)
- Experience using document management or project management platforms
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
- Commitment to transparency and cross-team collaboration
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Cx Alloy, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or similar platforms
- Experience supporting QA/QC or commissioning processes
- Experience with turnover and closeout documentation
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and specifications
- OSHA certification or safety training
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
