Job Summary
Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project startup activities. Assist with managing project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project logs. Help coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to keep projects moving safely and efficiently. Track and expedite shop drawings, material procurement, and equipment deliveries. Assist with maintaining project schedules and monitoring project progress. Participate in project meetings and communicate updates with internal and external stakeholders. Review and process invoices, change requests, and other project-related documentation. Collect and organize as-built drawings, closeout documents, warranties, and operation manuals. Partner with Accounting, Estimating, and Operations teams to support project objectives. Learn the processes and tools necessary to successfully manage construction projects from start to finish.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 0–3 years of construction experience through internships, co-ops, or full-time employment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to build a long-term career in construction
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software is a plus
