Job Summary
Project Employee, Digital Operations Center responsible for QA and incident management across NBA digital products (web, mobile web, iOS, Android, connected devices) with live monitoring of NBA, WNBA, NBA G League, and NBA 2K League games. Will escalate issues, provide real-time support to operational teams, generate reporting for new initiatives, and perform data-driven research to support product decisions. Requires collaboration with product, engineering, content, and broadcast teams, and familiarity with digital analytics and visualization tools. Bachelor's degree and strong analytical skills required. The role is temporary (up to 10 months) and based in Secaucus, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with incident management and/or customer support tooling is preferred (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow, OpsGenie, ZenDesk, NewRelic)
- Familiarity with digital analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Adobe, Tableau) is a plus
