Job Summary
Elicit software requirements from stakeholders and participate in design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software components. Prioritize feature estimating and manage consensus-based project workflows while collaborating on reviews and demos. Apply foundational skills in algorithms, object-oriented design, real-time operating systems, and protocol architecture to build embedded systems using IoT, cloud services, and wireless technologies. Work on-site five days per week in Austin, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
