Job Summary
Elicit software requirements from stakeholders, participate in design and implementation, and test, deploy, and maintain software components. Prioritize feature estimation, manage consensus-based project workflows, and collaborate on reviews and demos. Utilize skills in microcontroller programming, real-time operating systems, and protocol architecture to drive the full product lifecycle. Requires a Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, or Computer Engineering with a 3.00 GPA and 0-3 years of experience. On-site work is required five days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
