Job Summary
Elicit software requirements from stakeholders, participate in design and implementation, and manage software testing, deployment, and maintenance. Prioritize feature estimation, collaborate on reviews and demos, and contribute to consensus-based project management. Apply foundational skills in microcontroller programming, real-time operating systems, protocol design, and circuit design to smart IoT systems and distributed cloud services. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Computer Engineering with a 3.00 GPA and 0-3 years of experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and willing to work on-site five days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
