Job Summary
Elicit software requirements from stakeholders, participate in design and implementation, and test, deploy, and maintain software components. Prioritize feature estimation, collaborate on reviews and demos, and manage consensus-based project work while applying algorithms, microcontroller programming, and real-time operating systems. Work on-site five days per week with a starting salary of $98,500 to $104,500 plus bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
