Job Summary
Elicit software requirements from stakeholders and participate in design, implementation, and testing of software components. Manage deployment and maintenance of these components while prioritizing feature estimation and collaborating on reviews. Contribute to consensus-based project management and apply foundational skills in microcontroller programming, real-time operating systems, and protocol design. Work within a cross-functional team to bring innovative consumer products to life using agile methodology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
