Job Summary
Design circuits including reliability analysis and testing, develop theoretical models, simulations, and prototypes, and collaborate with RF, mechanical, embedded, manufacturing, and supply chain engineers. Support the PCB design process, conduct product design reviews, and ensure designs meet global standards and regulations. Develop technology for Lutron's manufacturing plants while working on analog circuits, PCB design, power concepts, and active component utilization. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, a 3.00 GPA, and 0-3 years of experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and willing to work on-site five days per week with 5-10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
- Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time for inter-office collaboration, site visits, etc.
