Job Summary
Design circuits, including reliability analysis and testing, while developing theoretical models, simulations, and prototypes for smart lighting and shading systems. Collaborate frequently with RF, mechanical, embedded, manufacturing, and supply chain engineers to support PCB design processes and product reviews. Ensure designs meet global standards and regulations while developing technology for manufacturing plants. This role involves analog circuit design, microcontroller implementation, and power electronics work within a cross-functional team at Lutron.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
- Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time for inter-office collaboration, site visits, etc.
