Job Summary
Design circuits including reliability analysis and testing, develop theoretical models, simulations, and prototypes, and support PCB design processes. Collaborate with RF, mechanical, embedded, manufacturing, and supply chain engineers while ensuring designs meet global standards and regulations. Work on analog circuit design, microcontroller implementation, power electronics, and electromagnetic compatibility challenges. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a 3.00 GPA and 0-3 years of experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and commit to an on-site schedule of five days per week with 5-10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
- Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time for inter-office collaboration, site visits, etc.
