Job Summary
Regional EH&S Leader to oversee safety across multiple construction project sites in Charlotte, NC and surrounding region; lead the Safety and Incident Prevention Program, ensure OSHA compliance, conduct investigations of incidents and near misses, train associates and trade partners on critical safety topics, lead safety orientations and meetings, review and manage safety submittals, and provide expert guidance to subcontractors to foster a proactive safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Hour and/or 500 Hour Construction Safety Training Certification
- Additional credible safety accreditations
- Proven experience in safety management within the general construction industry
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence across all levels
