Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial direction for implementing project activities and objectives. Manage the overall project lifecycle from concept through completion, liaising with clients, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and supervising the project team to ensure execution meets quality standards and budget constraints. Lead initiatives to improve QA/QC efforts, integrate service lines, and resolve complex issues productively while mentoring team members and fostering professional development. Collaborate with Senior Leaders to generate pitch ideas and address office-wide initiatives. This role requires in-person collaboration with an option for remote work only on Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in architecture, interior design, or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing the delivery process of several small- to large-scale projects with increasing levels of complexity
- Strong project management and client leadership skills and the ability to negotiate complex issues
- Substantial experience interacting with team members across service lines, clients, vendors, and consultants regarding project scopes and budgets
- Able to coordinate, delegate, mentor, motivate, and give constructive feedback to the project team
- Effectively implements complex concepts, practices, and procedures, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills
- Must be able to work in-person in New York with the option to work remotely only on Friday
