Project Director

Leads cross-functional project teams to execute complex energy infrastructure projects across natural gas, liquids, and power systems, including processing plants, compressor stations, pipelines, meter stations, and power generation units. Oversees multi-year departmental budgets with accurate forecasting and rigorous cost/schedule controls; reviews and approves detailed technical project documentation; assesses technical alternatives and project risks; communicates milestones and strategic updates to senior leadership; implements scalable processes to enhance execution; and cultivates partnerships with contractors, producers, and customers to ensure successful delivery. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and seven+ years of experience in engineering, project controls, commercial development operations, and/or project management within the oil and gas industry. Preferred: Master’s degree and/or professional certifications (PE and/or PMP). Strong scheduling, resource planning, and data-driven decision-making skills, plus familiarity with DOT design standards and industry best practices. May require up to 25% travel.
