Job Summary
Oversee the entire construction cycle of large infrastructure projects, developing execution strategies and managing technical and commercial aspects per contract requirements. Direct project managers, monitor department objectives, and lead the implementation of policies and controls to ensure legislative compliance. Manage programme risks, consolidate budgets, and track financial performance against variances while enforcing Quality-Safety-Environment standards through monthly site visits. Liaise with clients to build strong working relationships and ensure successful project handovers. Requires 25+ years of experience, including 10 in the Middle East, with fluency in Arabic and English.
Required Qualifications
- 25+ years of professional experience in Project Management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, of which 10 years have been in the Middle East
- Experience in leading on infrastructure mega projects including landscape/hardscape, water treatment plant, utilities, drainage, buildings, MEP special systems and public realm, roads & bridges
- A minimum of 15 years operating at senior management and director level
- Proven success in the delivery of large capital projects within scope, time and budget
- Experience in the planning, managing and successfully delivering on projects involving numerous stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead, organize and direct large multi-national organization
- Comprehensive working knowledge of governing bodies, committees, and regulatory organizations within KSA
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university
- Fluency in Arabic and English
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
